Allow the Crown to update the OP Link # for users in the Award recommendation area

The Crown, while not having full Manage Members permissions should be able to link the Member to their OP (Additional Info field). This is a custom field for Ansteorra so we should look at some form of configuration for what the crown can edit in the Additional Info perhaps?

Maybe get Rhys to link the OP database to a query that will update the AMP field with the number. Seems link a query from AMP would be able to access the OP database and return the correct id.

I have been informed that the AMP Ids are stored in the OP database. If that is true, then a query to the OP database to identify the OP link id matching an AMP id should be workable. It may even be something that could run ever so often.
