Migrating from APN to APNS2 - mapping setup

Hi all, major novice here so this is going to be a very silly question.

Is there a mapping between the two client setups available because I'm struggling to work out a few of the values.
whats the "team" and "keyId"?

Ive also assumed
signingKey = key
default.topic = topic

I can't find where the gateway details fit into this either?
And also the cert?
