Menu UI will not work

I have the anti-cheat fully operational and all the correct perms set, although when i open the admin menu its not displaying data (just the stock data with the steam=xxxxxxxxxxx) and when i click on a action it closes the UI automatically the freezes my screen so i can no longer move my character or leave the game. Is there something i have done wrong my ensure order is as follows,
