The GUI can connect Newscale manipulators of the client computer (e.g., The GUI installed in behavior PC can connect Newscale manipulators connected into Ephys PC).

If URL of stages is updated, these should be updated:

  • UI that shows list of stages
  • Update URL on StageListener
  • Reset Probe Calibration
  • Reset Calculator
  • Probe Calibration Trajectory

New function should be tested on the edge cases:
Test cases:

  • Not connected to server --> Connected:
  • Connected --> Not connected:
    • App slow down issue (commit f740423 solved the issue)
    • Reset Reticle/Probe calibration (03be112)

  • Connected --> Connected to the diff working server:
