Add inventorying / improve automated ingestion

Problem
Users report difficult getting started from scratch when they aren't or don't have access to somehow with coding skills who can generate a .csv automatically. They do feel comfortable adding to or modifying a .csv after one has been started.

Solution Option
It would be cool if the application could accept a folder and auto create an initial set of metadata / dataset from that using the data in the file path (if told some regex on how to parse) and perhaps bioio/MXS core package to auto extract an initial metadata set
