Improve "getting started" experience

It may be worth revisiting the "Getting Started" experience for a new visitor by looking at it holistically. Some thoughts:

• What belongs on the homepage vs Learn page?
• Should we provide more metadata requirements? Should we provide more example templates? See Additional metadata example guidance to support getting started #424
• There maybe could be a rethinking of ordering and content that exists on the Learn page vs Homepage
• We may want to reduce the text in-app on the "Choose your data source" middle area...can we just link to the Learn page where extensive guidance will exist?

Thank you, Nathalie! In the long run, I think the "Learn" page would be the most appropriate place to put extensive guidance. This view is in-app and once a user knows what to do, this bulky info become useless and noisy. A future could include an obvious "Get guidance" button that links to our "Learn" page. I am going to create a ticket in GitHub to "Improve the getting started experience" because I think the Homepage, Lean page and this in-app area could use a more holistic and dedicated revamp!
