Steps to Reproduce

  1. Keep the crosshair in place and find a location where you can place blocks continuously.
  2. Quickly place the block twice.

Cause

The flower pot (or another things) indicated by the red arrow may not actually exist (by "not existing," it means that although the player can see it, it is not truly present in the world, and breaking it will not produce any particle effects).
