If github repository scan is too long, can't change project anymore #41

I've tried to add https://github.com/Kitware/CMake to the tracker (https://allmychanges.com/p/c/CMake), and after I entered this url everything was filled up automatically without letting me change anything. Actually the changelogs are stored in https://github.com/Kitware/CMake/tree/master/Help/release , but I can't change it now since it has to finish scanning before "Save" is available.
