"Marines Win" message, even when they lose

This seems to be a unique case as I haven't found it anywhere else on Google. The IbisGaming server has a strange bug - when the command center is destroyed, the game ends with the center graphic saying "Marines Win", even though they've just obviously lost. The same happens when the alien hive is destroyed. Every game ends with "Marines Win".

Is this a known issue that is easily fixed by updating the server with the latest NS2Combat files?

I'm not on the Ibis staff, I'm just a player looking to help. If I know the issue I'll try to make a forum post with the information.
