Conforme relatado pelo @izacsc,

ao abrir a workspace da LIB a extensão trava ao ativar por conta da quantidade de arquivos existentes.

Avaliar a possibilidade de fazer a leitura da workspace em segundo plano com node stream e check de MD5.
