Subject: [PATCH] docs: add Santosh and Subham as reviewers

Thanks to the contributions of Satosh and Subham for the past
year or two! They have been contributing significantly to the project
and their reviews are valued so would like to propose they be
added to the official project reviewers group for the Ceph
operator.
