I am using multiple accounts to download apks, this error:
"Your device is not compatible with this item" returns from googlePlayApi.

It happens allot and I can not seem to locate the exact issue.
I am using a login with user+pass, the device i am using is different for each account
I am not using the same account to download multiple apks at the same time.

Should there be a 'cooling' period between reusing the account/device?
Any reason why this issue happens?
