Changelog

[FantasyTeddy]

The changelog of the various versions of AgOpenGPS exists in several different flavors:

• Description in the release:
  This has been done quite consistently for a few versions (see Releases)
• In the documentation:
  For version 6.3 it has been done in the documentation (previously: Wiki, now: Documentation)
• In the repository:
  There exist two different files in the repository that act as a changelog (at least partially):
  • Revision Log
  • SourceCode/GPS/aChangeLog.txt

Maybe there are even more variants?
I suggest that we consolidate these options and decide to keep only one of them. (It will be hard enough to maintain one consistently.)
