To replicate this bug, install Valkyrien skies along with nostalgic tweaks on any version. Make and assemble a ship, you will notice no footstep sounds on the ship and no sounds when placing break or machines.

I won't link the log because it doesn't seem to be useful, no trace of anything related to Valkyrien skies, nostalgic tweaks or sound, leading me to believe my logs have something ommited, I recommend generating your own log instead as mine is probably missing stuff

I've fixed sounds not playing when placing and breaking blocks, which resolves part of this issue also. My fix will be in the next released version of N.T. However, based on my testing, the walking sounds not playing on ships is not an issue I can fix. I've tested without Nostalgic Tweaks installed, and the walking sounds on ships still do not play.
