To add accessibility for international students, please consider adding timezone support.

ics.js does not support timezone configuration now (see nwcell/ics.js#54).

Thus, to support timezone configuration, an alternative ical generating js library may need to be consulted.

A popular library that supports timezone and ical generation is ical-generator
