Our current Code of Conduct was based on the Linux Australia template from 2014, which has been updated and now has a CC-by-SA license.
On the other hand, there is the YAPC::NA SoC, which is being used also in YAPC::EU 2016.
It probably makes sense to have the same CoC as other Perl events, since the audience is the same.
