Describe the bug
The UI elements hide as though your on a videocall when on a normal phonecall, making the UI frustrating to use.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Receive a call while on the lockscreen
Accept the call
Notice how you need to swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to hang up call or put on speakerphone

Expected behavior
The UI elements should be immediately accessible
