Question regarding the score multiplier in Waymo tracking config

Hi Lue,

Thank you for publishing the code for CTRL and the modified tracker!

As we were going through the configurations, we noticed that the score multiplier in the Waymo config is set to 0.9 instead of the default 0.01. Is there a particular reason for choosing this value? Our preliminary results seem to suggest it does not have a huge impact on the final performance, but we would like to understand it better from your perspective.
