CCNA Track - NTI

Welcome to my journey of exploring the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) track at the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI)! This repository serves as a documentation of my learning process, course structure, and achievements in networking fundamentals.

About Me

Hi, I'm Abdelrahman Alkhalfi, a networking enthusiast and a beginner in the tech world. This is my first step into the exciting realm of computer networks, and I'm thrilled to share my progress as I delve deeper into CCNA concepts.


Track Overview

The CCNA track is divided into multiple semesters, each focusing on a specific aspect of networking. Here's a breakdown of the course structure:

Semester 1: Networking Basics

  • Introduction to Networking: Understanding the foundations of computer networks.
  • OSI Model: A detailed exploration of the 7-layer model.
  • IP Addressing: Learning about IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Subnetting: Gaining hands-on experience with subnet calculations.

Semester 2: Switching and Routing Fundamentals

  • Switching Basics: Exploring VLANs, trunking, and basic switch configurations.
  • Routing Concepts: Introduction to routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Packet Tracer Labs: Practical exercises to configure and troubleshoot network setups.

Semester 3: Advanced Networking

  • WAN Technologies: Learning about MPLS, VPNs, and WAN protocols.
  • Security Fundamentals: Basic concepts of securing network infrastructure.
  • Network Automation: Introduction to automation tools and scripting for networks.

Semester 4: CCNA Exam Preparation
