Sendy is not talking to Amazon AWS becuae of IAM credentials issue and/or other reasons as well, as shown below -

Here are the details on how to do this - http://sendy.co/get-started

Also note: These credentials were already correctly set. So somebody must have changed them.

Laughs Laughs ....Always go by fundamental rule: Look at the logs :) Below is the error log which came up when I tried verifying an email address (same as point 2 in the screen shot)

Went to dig into point two only after spending lot of time on point 1 and 3.

[Sat Sep 28 06:17:45 2013] [error] [client 59.177.32.99] PHP Warning: SimpleEmailService::ListIdentities(): Sender - RequestExpired: Request timestamp: Sat, 28 Sep 2013 06:17:44 UTC expired. It must be within 300 secs/ of server time.\nRequest Id: 71cea63a-2806-11e3-bc2f-5920c09ece9c\n in /opt/ebs/vol1/mass-emailer-sendy/includes/helpers/ses.php on line 394, referer: http://messenger.aamaadmiparty.org/edit-brand?i=1

Solution: Installed NTP and ran ntpdate-debian command. Will have to read more to set it up as a service.
