As of now, we have one of our EC2 servers (54.254.98.118) completely dedicated to the email system (messenger). The database that messenger talks to is installed on the same DB server (54.251.248.138) where all other databases are.

We need phpmyadmin installed that is protected and allows us access to the db mass_emailer_sendy
