[PE-D][Tester E] Same invalid index error returned different error messages #134

The same invalid index error, where I attempted to delete and invalid index, returned different error message. The second one did not have an example of what a correct input is, nor did it tell me what are the acceptable input ranges. I believe its best to change it to something similar to the first one.
