Do I still need to install CuDNN and Xformers for increased performance?

Hi there, it seems that about a year ago, people were complaining about the performance on Auto1111 and how two things needed to be installed, namely CuDNN files and Xformers to increase performance on a 4000 series cards. I wasn't around until recently. Would I still need those, and if yes, can you guys be champs and post the links here for me and for the rest of us?

Manually copying the CuDNN DLL's is no longer necessary.

While xformers can still be used, there are now other options (I have a 4070 and use just --opt-sdp-attention).

What about the catch that it may be non-deterministic? Has any of your generations died off? I'm planning on using the same characters on some projects.

For me, it doesn't make much difference in generation speed whether I use xformers or not, but it does save vram.
