My 3070 GPU vram runs at 100 percent just from opening stable diffusion. Ithen can't generate anything because of CUDA out of memory errors.

My 3070 GPU VRAM runs at 100 percent just from opening stable diffusion. I then can't generate anything because of CUDA out of memory errors.
Is there a way of optimising it? I use --medvram with still no result.

Edit: your temperature is listed, I missed that.
My gpu only had passive cooling and simply overheated. Then it no longer worked until reboot. My OS is Linux, though so it may not be the same, but maybe you should monitor gpu temperature and if it has this problem (like I had) improve the cooling.
