What is here?

There are five shiny apps that demo the following topics:

  1. The Brownian Motion process
  2. The Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process
  3. Brownian Motion on a 5 species tree
  4. Phylogenetic signal
  5. PGLS

How to run it

  1. Clone the repo
  2. Install RStudio (if you don't already have it) and the packages
    1. shiny
    2. phytools
    3. geiger
    4. nlme
  3. Open the app.R file of interest in RStudio and click on "Run App".
