Objective: create a react tailwindcss app that authenticates through Spotify with pure react paging.
v2 Objectives: [x] fix login state issues [x] fix any existing tailwindcss breaks issues [x] upgrade paging to be numbers rather than just fwd and back [x] create ability to read existing logged in users' playlists
[ ] display first 4 songs from play list next to playlist picture [ ] interegrate the playlist update rest call to add a song to an existing playlist [ ] get token from local storage rather than drill that prop [ ] fix login token clearing out every single time the page is or reloaded
