Galacticraft sealable ME cable blocks not connecting to ME cables

Describe the bug
Galacticraft sealable ME cable blocks are not connecting to ME cables after updating to the new version of AE2-UEL. Pre-existing connections from before updating remain intact and functional however.

To Reproduce
Place a Galacticraft Sealable ME cable block and attempt to connect any form of ME cable to it. No connection is made.

Expected behavior
The cable connects to the Sealable ME cable block.
