As discussed at the recent ACB meeting, create official ACS training material (e.g. slides, code examples, etc.) based on past ACS Workshop courses.

Make this material available on the ACS-Workshop repository. A corresponding indexed list should be added to the wiki for easy reference.

@jorge-ibsen-ALMA can we upload the last slides from 2016 workshop?
I uploaded during the 2015 ACS Workshop the slide to the acs-community.org site, but someone removed the links from the site.
