cdbjDALClearCache is a tool used to update ACS cdb, in runtime. ACS component's deployment could be altered through this tool, without restart ACS CDB related service.

This ticket has been created in order to try to learn when and/or why this tool does not refresh the ACS components CDB branch properly, and explore alternatives to improve or fix those glitches.
