Problem description

There's generally some confusion about the protocols that can or should be used with 5G Broadcast to transport segmented media over multicast (FLUTE, ROUTE, LL-DASH,...)

Suggested solution description

Provide some guidelines on the protocols that are supported and requirements on the client side.
