New page: KnobMap page. Can edit min/max and alias name of a mapping. Can delete a mapping. Get there by clicking on a knob or switch mapping in the ModuleView page, or by clicking on a knob on KnobSet page.
New page: MainMenu. Button to go to Patch List. Button to go to Settings. The button for New Patch is a placeholder.
Settings page (no real info there yet, just a placeholder)
Added new CableEdit page for adding or editing cables. (WIP: just a placeholder for now)
Mapped jacks can be shown with a colored circle and letter name of panel jack. This can be turned on/off in the settings.
Page navigation history improvements: can load a particular state of a page when going back (i.e. display the last knob selected)
