Review and Update User Access for Tock

Description:

To comply with Tock's Annual User Recertification, the user list for the information system needs to be reviewed and updated.

Please complete the following tasks:

1. Retrieve the list of current users for the information system.
2. Review the list for accuracy:

• Ensure only users with a business need have access. (See: Tock says hi email from 2023).
• Verify that each user is assigned the appropriate role.

3. Identify necessary updates:

• Note any users that should be changed from active to inactive.

4. Make necessary adjustments to the user list:

• Update user roles as needed.
• Change active status for users where required.
• Remove any users that no longer require access.

This work was carried out between December 18, 2024, and the end of the year. Notifications were sent to all active users, while inactive users who no longer needed access were marked as inactive. The admin user list was reviewed and updated, with some administrators being removed.
