Content that was pasted in from GDocs or elsewhere has fancy quotes (as opposed to ASCII/plain quotes). There are both double and single quotes in the document.
Some are in the Jekyll code (all removed?), which caused breaks because of unrecognized characters. The rest should be found and replaced just for consistency.
