As the USWDS product owner, I need a simple way to communicate the results of the USWDS scan, so that I can easily share results with stakeholders.

Currently, technically-speaking, the USWDS scan is summarized here: https://github.com/18F/domain-scan/blob/tspencer/200scanner/scanners/uswds2.py#L36-L123
